Charter Basics
Private or Public
Will you be offering for sale or awarding free transportation (i.e. sweepstakes contest winner) to the general public? If yes, you will need to follow the U.S. Department of Transportation regulations and our requirements for operating PUBLIC CHARTERS.
PRIVATE CHARTERS are not marketed and made available to the general public. Example: As a company, you want to arrange a private charter incentive trip for your sales managers.
Number of Passengers
Will you have 150 or more? Our smallest aircraft type, the single-aisle B757-200, can carry up to 196 passengers. Our double-aisle B767-300ER aircraft will accommodate up to 270 passengers. For more aircraft information, see FLEET INFORMATION.
Catering (Food, Beverage, & In-flight Entertainment / Service)
Standard catering is included with your full-service charter. The type of food service is usually determined by the flight duration and time of day. A variety of upgraded catering and bar service options are available.
We offer a selection of recently released movies and audio entertainment, all included at no additional cost. Personalized items such as headrest covers with your group's name and logo and individual amenity kits are also available with sufficient advance notice. We will be pleased to work with you to satisfy any special requests you might have, in-flight or at the airport.
Pricing
Your full-service charter includes everything. Standard catering, fuel, airport ramp and passenger service, and standard operational permits for U.S. domestic and U.S. to international destinations.
Ferry Flights. . For charters that originate from any airport other than New York (JFK), the price will include positioning ("ferry") costs to and from the origination city, and return to our JFK base. Should there be more than 24 hours ground time before the return flight, additional costs may apply.
